Terms & Conditions of service
SERVICE: The service includes the overnight staying and the cleaning of the room but not breakfast. We accept small pets. There are no limits of time to get in during the night.
Upon your arrival you'll receive a coupon for free parking.. The coupon (one for each room) will have to be given back on your departure.
ROOMS: Every room is equipped of mini-cooler, free Wi-Fi connecting, TV, conditioned air, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
CLEANING: The rooms are cleaned every day only in the morning starting at 10:00. The cleaning service also includes the change of linen without paying any extra charge.

The room will be available not before 12:00 a.m.
The room will have to be released within 10:00 a.m.
PAYMENT: It's not accepted payment by credit cards or bancomat . You can pay only by cash. NO CREDIT CARDS
